Many radio stations around the country have dropped the song as well. And believe it or not, KESHA isn't defending her song. In fact, she says she never wanted to record it in the first place.
She Tweeted, quote, “I did NOT want to sing those lyrics and I was FORCED TO. I'm so so so sorry for anyone who has been effected by this tragedy. and I understand why my song is now inappropriate"
Interesting to note that Kesha is listed as one of the writers of the song. And yes, she wrote "effected" instead of "affected".
