Bynes reached financial settlements with both victims in exchange for money. In return, both parties agreed to drop their complaints. There's no word how much she paid them. But Amanda's not in the clear completley. She still faces charges of driving without a license and DUI.
STALKER ARRESTED ON TAYLOR SWIFT'S PROPERTY: A stalker was arrested early Friday morning on TAYLOR SWIFT'S property in Nashville.
According to the cops, the guy took a bus from Wisconsin, then a taxi from the bus stop to the home, then climbed a fence AND a security gate to get onto her property. Taylor was not home when it happened. She was overseas carousing and perhaps canoodling with One Direction's Harry Styles.
The stalker reportedly had a knife on him, and told police he was Taylor's boyfriend and was there to celebrate her birthday, which was Thursday.
