LOHAN LUNACY - LINDSAY PARTIES IN LONDON BEFORE COURT DATE: Even with a Monday morning court appearance in New York, LINDSAY LOHAN still managed to squeeze in some late-night partying 3000 miles away Saturday. LiLo reportedly hung out with friends at a London nightclub until the wee hours.
Lindsay has a court date where she'll learn if the Manhattan DA wants to pursue a case against her for allegedly assaulting a psychic in November. That, naturally, took place in a nightclub, too. If Linds doesn't show up, a warrant could be issued for her arrest. And if the assault charges stick, she could be looking at a maximum of a year in city jail. Stay tuned.
CELEBRITIES BEHAVING BADLY - THOMAS GIBSON BUSTED FOR DUI/JOSH BROLIN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION: "Criminal Minds" star THOMAS GIBSON was arrested for DUI Sunday morning in Downtown Los Angeles.
Gibson was pulled over after he drove into an area of downtown L.A. that had been blocked for a half marathon. After he was told he couldn’t drive through, he continued anyway. Thomas refused to take a breathalyzer and was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.
2. JOSH BROLIN was arrested for public intoxication in Santa Monica on New Year's night, but word of his arrest is just getting out. There aren't many details, though.What we do know is that Brolin was arrested and released the next morning on $250 bail. He wasn't cited and won't have to go back to court. A source tells TMZ he and his friends were having a guys' night, and Josh, quote, "had too much fun."
How much is too much? According to the police report, Brolin was, quote, "intoxicated and unable to care for himself." (That's his mug shot to the left, by the way.)

In the image, Justin is seen holding what appears to be a blunt at a party inside a Newport Beach hotel room. Witnesses say Bieber's best buddy Lil Twist was at the pot party, too -- the 19-year-old rapper was also the one actually driving the Biebs' Ferrari at the time the paparazzo was killed.
While the Bieb hasn't commented directly on the photo, he has hinted that he's remorseful. Hours after the pic hit the 'net, Justin tweeted, "Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better."

2. ROBIN WRIGHT is supposedly getting married again. I say 'supposedly' because it's the not-always-reliable National Enquirer that's making the claim. The tab reports Wright has gotten engaged to actor Ben Foster, who is 14 years her junior.
According to their sources, “Ben proposed to Robin a few weeks ago and they’ve already set a wedding date for late spring 2013.” Robin was married to SEAN PENN for 14 tumultuous years and has two kids with him –daughter Dylan, 21 and son Hopper, 19.
3. NENE LEAKES has confirmed reports that she has gotten engaged to her ex-husband Gregg. Leakes finally confirmed the rumors on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. "Well, a little after midnight, I was asked this beautiful question: 'Will you marry me -- again?,’” said NeNe, who replied “yes.” NeNe and Gregg divorced in 2011 after 13 years of marriage.
SPLITSVILLE - POPULATION BETHENNY FRANKEL: Bravo network star BETHENNY FRANKEL filed a summons for divorce in New York City on Friday. Radaronline reports that Bethenny took daughter Bryn to Aspen, Colorado over the New Year’s holiday so her soon-to-be ex could begin the process of moving out.
"It's not a healthy situation for them to be living under the same roof together because Bethenny doesn't intend on getting back together with him,” says the gossip sites source.
