Autopsy and toxicological analysis conducted by the British Columbia Coroners Service revealed the 31 year-old "Glee" star died of a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol. The death was ruled an "accidental overdose" and cops say the investigation is now closed.
LEA MICHELE REACTS TO NEWS: Cory's girlfriend and co-star LEA MICHELE is "grieving" and "making appropriate arrangements" with Monteith's family.
In a statement issued via her reps, the 26 year-old actress said she is "deeply grateful for all the love and support she’s received from family, friends, and fans." She adds that she has been "grieving alongside his family and making appropriate arrangements with them."
The statement ends with a plea for the media to continue to respect her and Cory's families privacy.
MOVIE COMPANY RELEASES STILLS FROM ONE OF MONTEITH'S LAST MOVIE ROLES: One of the last projects Cory was working on prior to his untimely death was the movie "All The Wrong Reasons," described by the online database site IMDB as about "four everyday people: a store manager, a security guard, a fire fighter and a clerk who struggle in the aftermath of trauma."
Monteith, seen here in some newly released images, plays the part of the store manager. The film company says the movie will debut at several film festivals around the country this fall.

The guy claims Bieber's people then grabbed his phone and went through it looking for photos. At that point, he says Justin approached him and, "called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something...and spit in my face."
The man thinks Justin and his peeps went all thug on him because it was a 21-plus night in the club and Bieber is only 19.
Bieber's rep denies the incident ... telling the gossip site Gossip Cop that the incident never happened and that the guy is just “another person looking for a paycheck in the witch hunt which at this point is just out of control.”
This is the third time Justin's been accused of spitting on someone. Dayum, is this kid half llama or what?!

Sources tell TMZ cops responded to a call about a fight in a hotel room. When officers arrived they noticed Peters had a bloody nose. He also reportedly had a bite mark. Emma was arrested because of his obvious physical injuries, but was released hours later because Evan did not want to press charges.

Well, as soon as the Swifties found out they started an email campaign demanding that it be removed from the company's website – which Bad Kids did because it’s a small company and they didn’t want to deal with the headache.
But the email and Twitter deluge continued. And the Swifties got nastier and nastier. How nasty? They started making death threats and wishing other bad things on them!
So Bad Kids said ‘eff you’ and now they’re refusing to stop selling it. The only change they made was removing CORY MONTEITH'S name from the original design, out of respect after his death last weekend.
