According to TMZ, Odom initially refused to acknowledge the cop's signal to pull over and drove past three exits until finally coming to a stop. He then failed several sobriety tests and was taken to a nearby police station, where he's being held on $15,000 dollars bail. TMZ notes that Odom refused to take any chemical tests at the station.
