There are several conflicting reports as to how Linds acted in rehab, but regardless of what is true, this is the version I choose to believe:
The story goes that when Chaka arrived at the Malibu clinic she was totally humble and cool, but then Lindsay came in and went all diva on everybody and totally ticked off Chaka. "Lindsay just pushed all of her buttons to the point where she was aggravated and tired of Lindsay's [crap]," a source says. "Lindsay was just doing stupid stuff for attention, so Chaka told her she was childish and told her to knock it off, asking her if she came to rehab to get well, or just to piss around."
It got so bad between them, staff had to schedule things so the two had as little contact as possible. But evidently even that didn't work -- Chaka left the place a week early because she couldn't stand Lindsay.

SIMON COWELL - AFFAIR STARTED FOUR YEARS AGO?!: It turns out SIMON COWELL has been shady for a lot longer that we thought. Us Weekly is reporting that he and Lauren Silverman have been having an affair for four years.
Lauren, who's carrying Simon's child despite still technically being married to Andrew Silverman, has claimed in her divorce filings that their relationship started only after her marriage went completely south. But a source now says, "Lauren has loved Simon forever. And they started having an affair four years ago."

OMG, YOU’RE MARK DAMON! OR ARE YOU MATT WAHLBERG?: Do you think MATT DAMON and MARK WAHLBERG look alike? A lot of people do. But this is how cool Mark is about it. Some woman saw him on the street the other day and ran over to him screaming "MATT DAMON!" and asked for a picture.
Mark was more than happy to oblige and took a picture with her and her friend, and didn't even bother to correct her. The woman later found out it was Mark, not Matt, so she posted the picture online and wrote, quote, "He didn't correct us at all. Lmao." And Mark was cool enough to re-post her pictures on his Facebook, along with the caption, "Close enough."
KANYE CONTROLLING KIM: In Touch is reporting that KIM KARDASHIAN is feeling trapped by her baby daddy KANYE WEST. According to an insider, Kim has been staying out of the public eye to make ’Ye happy.
“She has to do what he says — or else,” claims the source, who adds that Kim has been “trapped by a madman,” who’s incredibly controlling. The insider says that ever since Kim gave birth to their daughter North, Kanye “brought in more security around the house and won’t let Kim leave.”
He also allegedly/supposedly plans to control her first public appearance. Said the source, “He wants her to be wearing outfits he picked out for her.”

PAULA DEEN TURNS DOWN DWTS: We've seen PAULA DEEN try to wiggle out of trouble over her N-word scandal, but we won't get to see her wiggle her butt on Dancing With the Stars.
Deen has reportedly turned down an offer to compete on the show deeming the dance floor “not the appropriate forum for her."
Dancing With the Stars host TOM BERGERON tells Us Weekly he'd love for Paula to reconsider. "We've seen career resurgences after the show. People go, 'I remember why I love that person!'"
The 17th season kicks off September 16th. The new cast will be announced September 4th on Good Morning America.
