E! reports that JENNIFER ANISTON almost got stuck on a Los Angeles to London flight with ANGELINA JOLIE.
Both were scheduled to sit in first class on the same British Airways flight to London until an airline employee contacted Jennifer’s assistant to let her know Angelina was booked on the same itinerary.
Aniston, who was going to the UK for the premiere of her movie We’re The Millers, quickly decided to change her flight, and flew to England on Monday instead.
Wait, what?! Who else thinks Jennifer needs to put her big girl panties on and get over it already? Besides, Angelina stole Brad from Jen, so why does Jen have to go? But more importantly, why would a British Airways employee do that and ruin a potential good cat fight? B**ch, mind your own business!
In other Aniston news ... Jennifer is being sued by a contractor who claims she owes him for renovations they did on her house. J.R. Darnall Associates Inc. claims they worked on several projects at Jen’s Bel-Air mansion, and was paid accordingly, until she found a leak in her deck.
According to court documents, the company offered to send someone out to assess the situation, but Jen had the deck ripped out before that could happen. She then cut off all communication with the company, and hasn’t paid her outstanding balance of $43,000.
IN DENIAL - KHLOE KARDASHIAN NOT DIVORCING LAMAR ODOM: KRIS JENNER has denied tabloid reports claiming her daughter KHLOE KARDASHIAN has met with lawyers about divorcing LAMAR ODOM.
Two women recently came forward claiming to have had affairs with the NBA baller, and reports suggested a divorce filing was imminent, but Jenner says nuh-uh. "Khloe and Lamar are absolutely not getting divorced,” she told TMZ. “There's been no talk of divorce."
Speaking of Lammie ... Odom won’t be prosecuted for going berserk on a photographer last month. Cops had originally wanted felony charges filed against Lamar for breaking the camera equipment of a paps who had asked him about rumors he cheated on wife Khloe, but the D.A. didn’t think he should get such a serious charge.
He was considering misdemeanor vandalism instead, but now it looks like that’s not going to happen either because sources say Lamar has agreed to pay for breaking the equipment.

SIMON COWELL'S BABY MAMA SETTLES DIVORCE: SIMON COWELL can breathe a sigh of relief -- his soon-to-be baby mama is a free woman. TMZ reports that Lauren Silverman has settled her divorce. She and Andrew agreed to joint custody of their 7-year-old son, and the site claims Lauren got a little more than $2 million in the deal.
And despite reports that Simon is buying Lauren a home in California, TMZ says she plans to live in New York City so she can be close to her son. The settlement comes two weeks after Simon supposedly met in secret with Andrew at an airport in Long Island, New York.
On a related note ... It turns out Lauren wasn’t the only one creeping. According to E!, Simon was dating CARMEN ELECTRA when he began getting all smoove up in Lauren, and it was that fling that caused Carmen to end their relationship.
Word is Carmen caught Simon and Lauren in a compromising position, immediately “high-tailed it out of there,” and ended the relationship.
