DEMI AND ASHTON DIVORCE AGREEMENT DETAILS: After two years of fighting over money, DEMI MOORE and ASHTON KUTCHER finally reached a divorce settlement. Insiders tell TMZ Demi did not get the spousal support she was seeking, but that Ashton was “a little more generous than he had to be” when it came to splitting their assets.
According to the New York Post, the former couple is expected to file paperwork with the court as soon as next week.
KANYE AND KIM SUE OVER LEAKED PROPOSAL VIDEO: KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST are not happy video of Kanye’s baseball stadium proposal hit the internet so they filed a lawsuit yesterday against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley, who they says is responsible for the leak.
In the docs, the couple says Hurley wasn’t invited to the event, which was a supposed to be a surprise for Kim’s 33rd birthday, but wormed his way in. After being allowed to stay, he signed a confidentiality agreement, but still tried to “turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.”
The suit states the proposal was intended for the Kardashian reality show. They are seeking unspecified damages.
Meanwhile ... Kim was on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" Wednesday night and she talked about how she felt being criticized for the weight she gained during her pregnancy. “It really hurt my soul," she admitted. "It changed how I am in public [now]."
And as for that sexy selfie she posted a few weeks back, Kim said that was her way of answering all her critics. "This is my big, like, middle finger to the world on everyone that called me fat,” she explained.
