Word is they're looking for evidence that links him to the egg throwing incident on his next door neighbor. And it gets better; it's supposedly a FELONY search warrant, which means if they find anything ... even if it's something unrelated but illegal (like drugs), it could land him in jail.

CELEBRITIES IN TROUBLE - KANYE WEST UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR ATTACKING TEEN WHO INSULTED KIM: KANYE WEST is under investigation yet again -- this time for allegedly punching a teenager at a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office.
Police confirmed to the New York Daily News that West has been named a suspect in a misdemeanor battery complaint after an 18-year-old says he was on the receiving end of a punch on the arm.
TMZ reports it all started yesterday afternoon, when Kim arrived at an office building in Beverly Hills and was swarmed by the paparazzi. The alleged victim held the door open for her, and started screaming at the photographers, "F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs.” When Kim told him it wasn’t appropriate to use those words the guy turned on her reportedly screaming, “F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut."
They both went inside the building, where the guy is said to have continued to berate Kim. About then, Kanye happened to call Kim. When the kid found out Yeezus was on the phone, he called him the N-word too. What he didn't know was that Kanye was elsewhere in the building waiting on Kim.
So West came running down to confront the kid, but he ran into a chiropractor's office. Kanye followed him into the waiting room and that's where the purported assault happened. Police were called, but Kanye had already split by then.
'Ye, by the way, is currently facing an assault charge for attacking a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport last year.
LaBEOUF HAS BEEF WITH CARREY: SHIA LABEOUF evidently can't take a joke. Shia got a bit upset over the joke JIM CARREY made at the Golden Globes and took to Twitter with his reaction.
During the awards show Sunday night, Carrey cracked, “’Dying is easy. Comedy is hard.’ I believe it was Shia LaBeouf who said that. So young, so wise.” The crack was a swipe at LaBeouf's recent plagiarism charges. Shia made a short film called "HowardCantour.com", which premiered online last week but was taken down after people realized it was basically a rip-off of a comic that came out in 2007.
Clearly unamused, Shia responded with a link to a music video by the Jane Carrey Band, featuring Jim’s daughter, with the tweet, “At least I don’t get arrested for indecency on major LA highways! Or abandon love child’s.”
He eventually deleted the tweet and apologized. “Jim Carrey states that he is deeply involved in his daughter’s life – I accept that, regret tweet on the matter,” he wrote. “Apologies to both parents.”

Ross, son of legendary singer DIANA ROSS, also posted the picture with the caption, “The love of my life said YES!!!!!!” Simpson was previously married to rocker PETE WENTZ with whom she has 5-year-old son, Bronx.
JUSTIN BIEBER'S EGG ATTACK COULD COST HIM 20 GRAND: JUSTIN BIEBER’S latest bad boy behavior could land him a felony charge. At the very least, Justin may have to pay $20,000 for egging his neighbor’s house last week.
TMZ reports the Los Angeles Sheriff’s department is working to get a repair estimate, and apparently the neighbor is all ready to go with paper work. The site is claiming the whole front of the house has to be re-plastered, and since it’s Venetian plaster, will cost $15,000. The other $5,000 comes from the rest of the damage.
A law enforcement source says the case has been passed on to the Los Angeles DA and since the damage totals over $400, this could become a felony! 20 grand is chump change to Justin Bieber, who according to the website CelebrityNetWorth is worth $130-million, but a felony? That could be a much bigger problem.
Speaking of The Biebz ... is he really going to be in The Expendables 4? That's the word on the street ever since TERRY CREWS, who plays Hale Caesar in the movies, told the New York Daily News, "The next one, I am telling you, Justin Bieber is coming for 'The Expendables 4'. That is for real."
But then he added, "We are going to shoot him all at the same time. It will be wonderful" so maybe he was just kidding.

ROMANCE REPORT - DEMI AND BOY TOY FOR REAL: Looks like Sean Friday – who plays drums in a Los Angeles band named Dead Sara – is the new tender Roni in DEMI MOORE’S life. Apparently the 27-year-old she took with her to Mexico has a shelf life longer than a New Year’s vacation.
Witnesses told People the 51-year-old was all over Sean as they partied the night away at the club at The Standard Hotel in Hollywood on Saturday. One source commented that “Demi was chatty and smiley all night.”
Word is they’ve been friendly since last summer. She even goes to a lot of his club gigs in the L.A. area. I'm starting to wonder if Demi drinks the blood of these young guys to keep herself looking young.
