JUSTIN BIEBER - THE DAY AFTER: JUSTIN BIEBER was released from jail yesterday, after being charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license. After cooling his heels in jail for several hours, Bieber made a brief appearance before a judge, and although he tried to look all thug and hard, didn't say anything choosing instead to leave all the talking to his attorney.
A "standard" bail of $2,500 was set, and after ti was posted, Justin changed out of the red jumpsuit, and ducked into a black SUV waiting outside -- but he didn't drive away until he hopped up on top of the vehicle (ala Michael Jackson back in the day) to wave like a beauty queen at the fans assembled outside. BIEBER CRIED AFTER COURT APPERANCE; DAD WITH HIM DURING ARREST: After tearing into cops with a barrage of F-bombs during his arrest, Justin Bieber reportedly wept like a little girl after his court appearance on Thursday.
A source told People magazine Justin was “crying his eyes out” after leaving the courtroom on his way back to a detention center. Sources also told the tab his dad, Jeremy Bieber, witnessed the arrest. “Jeremy was in an SUV next to Justin when the cops turned up," the inside source said. The elder Bieber was reportedly partying with his son and bud Khalil at a nightclub hours before Justin was placed under arrest.
JUSTIN SAYS MOM GAVE HIM PRESCRIPTION MEDS: TMZ reported that when cops were interviewing Justin Bieber about what substances he had taken before getting behind the wheel, he admitted to taking prescription meds, alcohol and weed. As for how he got the prescription anti-anxiety pills he was taking, Justin said his mom Pattie gave them to him, It isn’t known whether Pattie was simply handling Justin’s drugs, or whether she gave him some of her pills, which would be illegal.

Well, maybe that is going to happen because Madge hit up Instagram with a series of posts today that hinted she might be performing on Sunday after all.
In the first post, a guitar holding Madonna wrote she was "looking for the perfect pair of heels to wear to the Grammys". When one follower after another asked if that meant she would be performing, Madge replied with a photo of her mouth encased in fishnets, and the caption "My lips are almost sealed! I can't say anything more. #itsasecret" Something tells me that means 'Yes'.
TORI SPELLING'S MAN HAS ENTERED REHAB: TORI SPELLING'S hubby DEAN MCDERMOTT has checked into rehab, according to People.
"I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family," McDermott said in a statement. "I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."
What exactly he's in treatment and for how long are not specified, but news of his check in comes about a month after reports he cheated on Tori, and days after he was spotted leaving an outpatient facility in Los Angeles.
Whenever he does complete his treatment, there's a chance he'll have some court papers to deal with. According to TMZ, the "Chopped: Canada" host is not paying the people who worked on his cookbook, "The Gourmet Dad." For his part, McDermott reportedly got a $250,000 advance from publishing company Harlequin, but his contractors weren't so lucky.
The site is reporting the photographer for the book is owed over $33,000, the food stylist almost $15,000, the prop stylist almost $7,000, and $6,600 is supposed to go toward Canadian taxes. The employees who got gypped have tried calling and emailing the host, but no luck. Their next move? They're taking "the biggest mooch in Toronto" to court.
