Speaking of the GAGA ... Almost immediately after she unleashed her new song "Born This Way" Friday, all kinds of people started calling it an "Express Yourself" ripoff. Neither Madonna nor Gaga have commented yet ... However ... Saturday, Madonna's official YouTube page uploaded a video of her performing "Express Yourself" at the 1989 "MTV Video Music Awards". Coincidence? You be the judge!

Interestingly, Gaga credited WHITNEY HOUSTON for inspiring "Born This Way" at the Grammys last night. "I want to thank Whitney because when I wrote 'Born This Way', I imagined she was singing it because I wasn't secure enough in myself to imagine that I was a superstar. So Whitney...Thank you."

But they really wanted to be alone: "Jake and Jen looked really happy and really seemed to be enjoying themselves," said an L & S "eyewitness, "They looked like they were strategizing a way to exit the restaurant probably because they didn't want to be photographed together."

Jen left the restaurant with her gaggle of friends but no Jake. But they have an answer for that too. "It's possible," speculates the tab, "He could have snuck out the back door while no one was looking."

CELEBRITY SPLITSVILLE: CHRISTINA AGUILERA and her husband have reached a divorce settlement,TMZ reports. Here's what we know ... She and Jordon will share joint custody of their son, Max.
