LOHAN LUNACY: 1.) Lindsay Lohan was formally charged with felony grand theft yesterday for allegedly stealing a 25-hundred-dollar necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store -- and the judge used the opportunity to lecture her in court.

After Linds entered her not guilty plea, The judge warned that "things will be different" this time around because she's now facing a felony charge. He added, "You're no different than anyone else...please don't push your luck."

Her bail was set at $20,000, which she posted. The judge also revoked the probation in her DUI case. If convicted of the felony, Lindsay could face up to three years in prison.

2.) Lindsay showed up looking quite busty for a court arraignment, dontcha think? And that short, form-fitting dress!!! Oh,my!!!
The dress was so tight you could see the price tag that was still attached to it. Hi-Yo! You see, because she shoplifted it... No, YOU shutup!!!

3.)This isn't the first time LiLo's been accused of pilfering, but it is the first time she's been charged:

In January 2008, a college student claimed Lindsay made off with her $11,000 mink coat from a New York nightclub. The coat was returned, and the actress reportedly reached a financial settlement with the girl.

Also in January 2008, model Lauren Hastings accused Lindsay of swiping thousands of dollars worth of clothing from her house.

In June 2009, she was suspected of stealing a $400,000 necklace from an Elle magazine photo shoot in London. However, the mag later said they didn't believe Lindsay was responsible.

In April 2010, she was questioned over the disappearance of a $35,000 Rolex watch that belonged to a friend.

CHARLIE'S SHEEN-ANIGANS: 1.) CHARLIE SHEEN might like booze, drugs, porn, and hookers. Lots and lots of hookers. But that doesn't mean he's a bad guy.

According to a poll taken by The Hollywood Reporter, his headline-grabbing antics haven't harmed his standing in our minds at all.

In fact, we're still pretty high on Charlie and his antics. 26-percent of those surveyed said they view Charlie "much more" or "somewhat more" favorably than before.

2.) Sheen has offered to pay a portion of his crew's salaries while the show remains on hiatus. According to TMZ, the rehabbing actor has agreed to shell out a third of their pay if Warner Brothers and CBS each pay a third as well. I love how they're all out of work because of HIS "Sheen-anigans", but he wants CBS and the WB to go in on it with him!!! He must still be high.

CELEBRITY SPLITSVILLE: ASHLEE SIMPSON and PETE WENTZ are getting divorced after nearly three years of marriage. TMZ reports Wentz is not happy about the split but it was not his decision. They claim he tried to talk Simpson out of filing divorce papers but she could not be persuaded otherwise. (-- In fact, just last week they were out and about in Beverly Hills looking like quite the happy family ...

They add there is no third party involved. A source "very familiar with the situation" told them there is no third party involved, that it's quote, "really all about Pete's erratic behavior." Sadly, no example of "Pete's erractic behavior" were offered. Ashlee is seeking spousal support and primary custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx.

COULD BE TRUE BUT PROBABLY CRAP: Three months into their marriage and KATY PERRY and RUSSELL BRAND are said to be having problems already. And according to Life and Style magazine, Katy's looking for a marital counselor. Their un-named source says that in January -- just weeks before launching her worldwide tour -- Katy "started asking friends to recommend a marriage counselor."

You want further proof? Another In Style's insider pointed out how Katy used to be on the set of Russell's movie "Arthur" all the time, but during recent re-shoots, "she hasn't been by." It couldn't be that she's on worldwide tour now, could it? Just sayin'.

QUOTE/UNQUOTE: "I'm the ugly sister. I'm the fat one. I'm the transvestite." -- KHLOE KARDASHIAN, in an interview with Britain's "Love" magazine.

She adds, "I have had those mean things said about me at least twice a day for the last five years. It's horrible, you know? But I can brush that stuff off."

JENNIFER ANISTON IS OK: People have an image of JENNIFER ANISTON as some pathetic spinster who sits home every night talking to her cats who are all named Brad and cutting up magazines with ANGELINA JOLIE on the covers.

Well now you can rest assured that's not true. In the new issue of "People" magazine, Jennifer says the biggest misconception about her is that she's unhappy. NOT SO, AMERICA. Jen wants us all to know, quote, "I'm really happy. Really!" Then she abruptly ended the interview and returned to her living room to sit alone ... in the dark ... in a wedding dress.

ABC TV
"THE BACHELOR" B.S.: BRAD WOMACK is currently on his SECOND run on "The Bachelor", after famously rejecting BOTH his final selections during his first go around on Season 11. But a woman named Laurel Kagay tells "Us Magazine" Brad proposed to her last summer "just weeks" before leaving to film the current season of "The Bachelor".

Laurel says she's been dating Brad on-and-off for the past eight years, and he has asked her to marry him "countless" times, all of which she's turned him down. She says she decided to make this public because, quote, "I'm sure the girl he picked would want to know that he was proposing to another woman right before he started taping the show. I would want to know."

And he DOES pick a woman this time. Brad told E! Online earlier this year that he found a keeper this time ... "When I say I'm in love, I mean it with every bone in my body. I am happier than I've been in 10, 15 years. Not a single [regret]. I'm very much in love." He added the chances are, quote, "damn good" that he'll be married next year at this time.
