JUDGE BLOCKS RELEASE OF JLO 'SEX TAPE': It looks like a JENNIFER LOPEZ "sex" tape won't be coming to a website near you anytime soon. A judge has temporarily blocked release of the so-called "honeymoon video" unless and until Lopez signs off on it. That’s a scenario highly unlikely to ever happen.
A week ago, things didn’t look as bright for Jlo. A judge had ruled it could be released after Noa sold the tape to his girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez, for the low, low price of $1. Since she was the new owner and she didn’t sign any confidentiality agreement, the judge ruled she could release the tape.
But Jennifer’s attorneys went back to court and claimed that marketing the tape was a violation of federal law 2257, which requires both parties to sign off on it before it’s released. Advantage JLo! Word is her ex intends to invoke the statute of limitations, so it ain’t over yet, boys and girls. Stay Tuuuned!!!
