After being released from her house arrest sentence Wednesday, Linds headed back to her Hollywood stomping grounds later that night hitting up a club for a friend's party. She was supposedly spotted enjoying a cocktail. Which is totally OK since she's no longer prohibited from drinking.
The paparazzi situation waiting for her outside when she left the joint at 1:30 in the morning was INSANE. And when she stumbled, one of them shouted, quote, "She's drunk!"

Yesterday, Lindsay hit up Twitter with this message: "If anyone caused me to nearly fall it was the psychotic paparazzi." The party continues for Lilo tomorrow (Saturday), her 25th birthday.
