There's no word how they got it, but J-Cole tweeted Tuesday that his phone had been stolen. The company says, quote, "Hustler [is] in possession of the Rihanna and J-Cole tape. We have seen it and we do not know what we are going to do with it yet."
The rarely-if-ever-reliable gossip site MediaTakeOut is also in possession of photos but employees who've seen them aren't necessarily convinced they're authentic.
They say the photos show, quote, "a woman with fiery red hair (that resembled Rihanna) giving [oral favors] to a man resembling J-Cole."
Rihanna tweeted a denial last night ... saying, quote, "We don't believe U, U need more people AND of course an actual sextape! #slownewsday." There's been no word from J-Cole since his phone-got-stolen tweet.
COULD BE TRUE BUT PROBABLY CRAP - SANDRA BULLOCK AND RYAN REYNOLDS ENGAGED!!!: Ever since SANDRA BULLOCK and RYAN REYNOLDSfound themselves single earlier this year, the tabloids and gossip sites have been trying desperately to hook them up.
And now, the "Star" is going for broke by claiming they're engaged. If they're claims are to be believed the pair decided to get serious while hiking together in Wyoming earlier this month. Says the tabs un-named source, quote, "As the day went on, they started thinking about it, and soon the thought of spending their lives together didn't sound all that ridiculous. It sounded wonderful."
Sandra and Ryan have been friends since starring together in the 2009 romantic comedy "The Proposal".

COVER SHOT: "People" magazine drops its big KIM KARDASHIAN wedding issue tomorrow, and while most wedding covers feature a picture of the bride and groom, 'People' chose to feature the bride only.
An editor for the magazine explained to Access Hollywood, quote, "It's her day, we wanted her on the cover", then added that it didn't help that Kris is so much taller than Kim because it's, quote, "kind of tough to get them in the [same] shot."
The newlyweds, by the way, were paid 1.5 million dollars for the photo rights.
On a related note ... the "New York Post" hits us up with this humorous tidbit: Kris'teammates refer to him as "Kate Middleton" because he, quote, "married into royalty." Being an afterthought to his own wedding isn't going to lessen the razzing.
But this might help Kris' ego . . . Kim is reportedly in the process of changing her name to Kim Kardashian-Humphries. For legal purposes, anyway. Professionally, she'll still be known as Kim Kardashian.
CHRISTINA AGUILERA IS NOT A CHILD ABUSER: When the picture of CHRISTINA AGUILERA's son Max sporting a shiner hit the 'net yesterday I predicted unsavory rumors about how he got it would be circulating by the end of the day, and sho 'nuff ... the rarely-if-ever-reliable MediaTakeOut gossip site did not dissapoint.
The site alluded to some sort of child abuse possibly being the cause of the three year old's black eye. Speculation that did not sit well with Christina. Her attorney fired off a letter to MediaTakeOut threatening legal action. The site has since removed any reference to child abuse
It turns out that Max was with his nanny at a park, chasing squirrels, when he tripped over a rock and took a header. Word is it's just a black eye, nothing's broken and no stitches were necessary.

KATY PERRY, LADY GAGA - BANNED IN CHINA: KATY PERRY, LADY GAGA, and BEYONCE are no longer welcome in China. The three are among the latest round of artists to have songs banned by the Chinese government in an effort to stamp out "vulgar content."
Gaga is the worst offender, with six songs on the hit list, including "Edge of Glory" and "Judas". Authorities also took issue with Katy's "Last Friday Night" for its reference to streaking, and Bey's "Run the World," for use of the word "mutha."
And for some reason ... Chinese officials also finally gotten around to banning The Backstreet Boys' 12-year-old filth-fest "I Want It That Way."
