ROMANCE REPORT - CLOONEY AND KEIBLER GO PUBLIC: GEORGE CLOONEY and STACY KEIBLER took their relationship public over the weekend. The pair was in Canada to celebrate the Toronto Film Festival premiere of his new movie The Ides of March ...

After the premiere, they hit up several film festival parties. According to an Us Weekly eyewitness, "They were comfortable and affectionate and seemed socially poised as a couple." Added the source,"The two clearly work not only as a pair, but also independently. [Stacy] really stood on her own. George was not overprotective and didn't have to look after her."

On a related note ... Clooney gave a reporter a hard time during one of the festival's interview sessions for asking about his love life, sarcastically calling the reporter a "hard-hitting" interviewer …

ASHTON KUTCHER'S "INSENSITIVE" 9/11 TWEET: ASHTON KUTCHER'S Twitter followers are not happy with one of his postings yesterday. One they felt came off as insensitive. He tweeted, quote, "This [is] without a doubt the greatest day of the year! . . . Hello football my old friend. Let's us mingle for the next 5 months."

When some of his followers pointed out that it was also the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, he quickly apologized. "I got mad respect for the people that suffered in 9/11," he tweeted. "Pls don't twist my enthusiasm. ... Hindsight...Yeah, that was probably a poorly worded tweet."

CYNDI LAUPER LATEST CELEBRITY TO FLUB NATIONAL ANTHEM: CYNDI LAUPER performed the National Anthem at the U.S. Open in New York Saturday and she *almost* got all of the lyrics right.

Instead of singing, "were so gallantly streaming," she sang, "with the flag was still streaming."

Those, by the way, were the same lyric that CHRISTINA AGUILERA stumbled through during her National Anthem attempt at this year's Super Bowl.

ROMANCE REPORT - JENNIFER LOPEZ AND BRADLEY COOPER???!!!: JENNIFER LOPEZ might have found herself a new man. Lopez reportedly went on a dinner date with BRADLEY COOPER Saturday night at a place called Per Se in New York City.

Whether or not it was a "date" is currently in dispute. TMZ says the get-together was "romantic" and just the two of them. But another source tells "People" magazine it was a business meeting, and they were, quote, "in discussions regarding a project."

A source says, "Usually guests sip...champagne while nibbling on lobster," but Beyonce's chowing down on Oreo cookies, gherkins, ice cream with hot chili sauce and, quote, "dipping bananas in ketchup," and she's supposedly washing it all down with, quote, "gallons of ginger ale."
