Marty Singer tells The Hollywood Reporter that the actor promises to sue the masseur as well as the unidentified man's lawyer for malicious prosecution.
A second man was added to the original complaint, but according to both masseurs' lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, more complaints could be on the way.
Okorocha tells Splash News Online, "I've been getting a lot of phone calls from a lot of men in the massage industry who have the same allegations, the same stories. They come up with facts that weren't in the complaint, but my other clients have mentioned."

According to In Touch Weekly, there's a growing rift between KIM, KOURTNEY, KHLOE and their momager, KRIS JENNER. Among the claims: Kim and Khloe skipped out on an April bash that Kris threw in New York City, and that Kim is slowly cutting her mom out of her business dealings.
Meanwhile ... Kris took to her blog to deny the report, calling the story "ridiculous."
According to Radar online, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who plans the annual gala, banned the reality star from attending the bash. “Anna hates Kim,” claims a source. “It is all the biggest stars in the world and [Anna feels] Kim doesn’t fit that bill at all.”
RIHANNA HOSPITALIZED - SHOWS US HER TWEETS: We’ve come to find out RIHANNA was rushed to the hospital after an evidently fun night out at the Met Ball on Monday.
The details are sketchy, but word is she was suffering from exhaustion and dehydration. She wasn't hospitalized for long. Just long enough to tweet a photo of herself attached to an IV.
The incident follows Rihanna's no-show at Saturday's Saturday Night Live rehearsal. At the time, she told producers she was suffering from the flu.

With the show winding down Sunday, the cast decided to present the crew with a goodbye gift, but Hatcher was excluded from the token of appreciation. EVA LONGORIA, MARCIA CROSS, FELICITY HUFFMAN and VANESSA WILLIAMS got together to buy the crew carry-on luggage, which came with the card, “Just know that on all your future adventures you are carrying a little piece of our love and gratitude. Thank you for a magical 8 years.”
Eva, Marcia, Felicity and Vanessa signed the note, but not Teri. Said an on-set source, “The girls don’t get along with Teri so they organized this and left her out.”
They let everyone know it by walking the red carpet together Monday for the 12th Annual Golden Hearts Awards, where Richie was being honored.
The pair dated from 2006 to 2007, following Richie’s split from HEATHER LOCKLEAR.
One person who is happy Denise and Richie are back together is Richie and Locklear’s daughter Ava. “I think they’ are so cute together and I couldn’t be happier,” she told Us Weekly, adding that she’d “love it” if they got married.
