The blast was an obvious reference to the fact that Lindsay tried to skip the hearing, claiming she was too sick with an upper respiratory infection to travel cross country. Linds quickly changed her mind, taking a late flight after TMZ posted photos of her smoking and shopping.
Much of the hearing dealt with Lindsay’s representation officially being turned over to attorney Mark Heller after Shawn Holly quit her. In addition, the State of California set a March 1st pre-trial date, and a March 18th trial date for Lindsay’s case. She is accused of lying to cops following a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway last year.
The judge did inform her though, that even if she’s found not guilty of lying, her probation in her jewelry case could still be revoked.
Oh, by the way ... after that frantic flight to make the court date, TMZ reports Linds and her mom were turned away at two hotels.
First, the high-end Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica told them to beat it because apparently Lindsay has been blacklisted there for allegedly trashing a room in 2007. They then tried the Loews Hotel up the road, but were told there were no available rooms.

In Touch magazine claims "things got very awkward" after a month of dating. Their source claims Bradley has a thing for feet and would often ask Laura to text him pictures of hers. Quote, "He was always touching her feet. It was weird, so she broke it off."

In the pages of the magazine she defends her decision to reconcile with CHRIS BROWN. Basically, telling fans, family, friends and critics to stay out of her business.
"I decided it was more important for me to be happy," she says about her decision to reunite with the man who gave her a beat down in February of 2009. "Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I'd rather just live my truth and take the backlash."
But RiRi adds that she won’t stand for any more abuse from Brown. "He doesn't have the luxury of f--king up again," she says. "That's just not an option. [But] I wouldn't have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility."
COULD BE TRUE, COULD BE CRAP - KATY PERRY AFFECTIONATE WITH ROCKER WHO ISN'T JOHN MAYER: Is KATY PERRY exploring her options? Perry was reportedly spotted on Sunday night hanging all over Muse drummer Dominic Howard at the band's after-party.

According to the police report, Carmine was “immediately apologetic and told [officers] he had been driving erratic because he was lost and using the GPS."
But cops say he smelled of booze and his eyes were bloodshot, so they asked him if he had been drinking and he admitted to having some scotch at the hotel. He was arrested after he blew a .149 on the breathalyzer, which is almost twice the legal limit in Arizona.
CHARLIE SHEEN-ANIGANS - LANCE ARMSTRONG 'KIND OF A DOUCHE': CHARLIE SHEEN was on "The Tonight Show" last night, and talked about meeting LANCE ARMSTRONG once.
He told JAY LENO Lance was, quote, "kind of a douche" and went on to explain that after he introduced himself to Armstrong, Lance replied, "That's nice."
