LOHAN LUNACY - LINDSAY LOSES LEGAL FIGHT: LINDSAY LOHAN has lost her legal battle with PITBULL.
Lohan sued the rapper in 2011 for using her name in his hit song "Give Me Everything," which included the line, "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
Linds claimed Pitbull never got permission to name-drop her. But a New York federal judge sided with Pitbull Thursday, saying the song is a work of art protected by the First Amendment. The judge also called BS on her allegations that she suffered emotional distress.

According to the New York Post, Mel was spotted macking on anything that moved at a Miami nightclub. He supposedly made out with one woman, dirty danced with another and then hit on a third by showing pictures of himself on his phone -- including some with his ex, Oksana Grigorieva.
But the Post's source insists that Mel was stone-cold sober the whole time, saying he was "just nursing a water bottle all night."
CLINT EASTWOOD SWATted: I'm pretty sure this did not make CLINT EASTWOOD'S day -- he's the latest Hollywood celeb to get SWATted.
According to TMZ, a relay service called 911 this week after someone reported gunmen were in Eastwood's house and that people had been shot. The LAPD rushed to the scene only to find it was a prank.
Eastwood joins an all-star cast of SWATted celebrities that includes Ashton Kutcher, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Simon Cowell, Tom Cruise, the Kardashians and Chris Brown.
