But turns out the UK press is making a story out of nothing. Well, at least according to a source who tells the New York Daily News that the guy in the vehicle isn’t Rupert.

BETHENNY FRANKEL FURIOUS OVER PARENT EVALUATION: Reality show STAR BETHENNY FRANKEL is one p.o’d mom. Word is Bethenny is upset over being forced to undergo a parenting evaluation as part of her custody battle with estranged hubby Jason Hoppy.
Both Jason and Bethenny are requesting sole custody of their two-year-old daughter, and according to Radaronline, she is “furious that her parenting style and methods are going to be questioned. Bryn is her whole life and she doesn’t want anyone to assess her mothering skills.”
But it doesn’t look like either side is willing to give in and agree to shared custody. Said the source, “Bethenny isn’t going to give up her fight for full custody and neither is Jason.”
