The gov has ordered a high-end clothing line run by Khloe and hubby LAMAR ODOM to stop selling a designer T-shirt because it features an emblem that looks too similar to one of his state's logos, the New York Daily News reports.
Khloe was photographed last week wearing the shirt, which has a circular logo featuring the Statue of Liberty surrounded by the words “New York” and “Rich Soil,” the name of the clothing line. (PHOTO)
State officials believe the logo resembles one the state Department of Agriculture created to identify food grown in New York. Although the couple had been given five days to comply with the state's request, a check of the company website shows they are no longer on sale.

CELEBRITY DO-GOODER ZACH GALIFIANAKIS: We've heard of stars bringing their mothers to red carpets, but ZACH GALIAFIANAKIS might have topped them all. For the premiere of The Hangover, Part Three in L.A. Sunday night, Zach brought along 87-year-old former homeless woman Elizabeth “Mimi” Haist.
Zach befriended Mimi almost two decades ago when she was working at a laundromat that he used. About two years ago he discovered she was homeless, so he found her an apartment in Santa Monica and pays her rent and utilities.
And his generosity doesn’t end there. Mimi has been a constant guest at Zach’s premieres. He always arranges for a limo to pick her up and take her to the events, even if he doesn’t attend.
“If he’s in town, he takes me. Otherwise he lets me take a friend. I dress up nice and a friend helps me with my makeup,” she said. “It’s fun, not something I’ve ever dreamed I’d experience.”

WATCH CARRIE UNDERWOOD PRANK HER OPENING ACT: CARRIE UNDERWOOD is such a prankster. Carrie played a great joke on her opening act Hunter Hayes in Edmonton the other night, on their last tour stop together.
Hunter was up on stage singing, and Carrie inserted goat screams into the video he was playing on the screens above him.

R.I.P.: DOORS keyboardist RAY MANZAREK died yesterday of cancer. He was 74. Manzarek and Jim Morrison formed the band after meeting at Venice Beach in California back in 1965, and played a key role in creating the group's psychedelic sound.
