Witnesses say Kidman yelled, "Oh my God!" and "Ow, ow!" as she went down. Another photographer who was there tells TMZ she looked hurt, but there wasn't any blood. He said Nicole was furious and said she wanted to press charges, but that police said since it was an accident they couldn't arrest him for assault. They did, however, give him a ticket for riding on the sidewalk.
The bicycling paparazzo was Carl Wu, who has had run-ins with other celebs, including LADY GAGA.
