According to newly released documents, Biebz told Miami cops at the time that he had a hairline fracture in his right foot as a result of a skateboarding accident a few months before. Justin officially blew a .014, way below the legal limit, but tested positive for Xanax and weed.
Something Bieber doesn't have a medical excuse for? His arrogance. TMZ is reporting that when the cops pulled him over, he made some sassy remarks right off the bat. "I'm 19 years old. I'm just out having a good time."
The cop responded he wasn't driving around in a Lamborghini at that age. Justin snapped back, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either." Can we have Biebz arrested for being a jerk? At the rate this case in unraveling for the Miami P.D. that seems to be his biggest crime.

On a related note ... Sources are telling TMZ that while he's in the slammer, he's in solitary confinement. That means Brown spends 23 hours a day in a cell by himself and can only have one shower every two days. Word is he can read and work out, but that's about it.
Brown's next legal battle will come on April 17th when he faces charges stemming from the assault outside of a D.C. hotel. If convicted, he could face more jail time for violating his probation. Probation that he got as a result of the Rihanna case.

MILEY'S TOUR BUS GOES UP IN FLAMES: One of MILEY CYRUS' tour buses went up in flames while en route to her next tour stop in New Orleans. The cause of the fire is unknown, but no one was injured, and it does not appear that Miley was on the bus at the time the fire broke out.
But her younger sister Noah was. She posted a couple of videos on her Instagram account. The first is of the bus engulfed in flames, the second is footage of the bus' smoking and charred remains.
