In a statement released to CNN via his publicist, Travolta issued an apology but not an explanation.

I see what he did there. "Let It Go" is the name of the song Idina recorded for "Frozen", and performed on Sunday night. Well played, John, well played.
An insider with the Academy Awards said Travolta had no trouble with her name during rehearsals. "No one knows what happened. Maybe nerves just got the best of him." [For the record, it's pronounced "Uh-deen-ah Men-zelle"]

"Rolling Stone" is reporting attorneys for several media outlets including the AP, "The Miami Herald," and CBS television stations got the right to the clips of Bieber's urine test under Florida's public records law, which allows most evidence in a criminal case to be turned over to the media after it's been given to the defense team. There's no release date for the footage.
