BIEBER/BLOOM CATFIGHT - DICAPRIO CHEERED, LOHAN PLAYED PEACEMAKER: The woman who filmed the confrontation between ORLANDO BLOOM and JUSTIN BIEBER at a restaurant in Ibiza, Spain earlier this week says Justin was definitely the instigator.

She says he came in and saw Orlando sitting at a table with several people, including LEONARDO DICAPRIO, and said something that was, quote, "aimed at Orlando, who then jumped onto a sofa to try and get at Justin."

The woman claims there were two moments when things got violent, and Leo was among many in the restaurant who were cheering Orlando on. LINDSAY LOHAN was there, too, and she tried to play peacemaker. "She tried to get Bieber a little bit calm when he went away to the exit but he was like, 'I don't want to speak to anyone.'"

According to TMZ, Osbourne left the condo full of dog feces and urine. He also claims there were holes in the walls, the hardwood floors were damaged, and that she left the bathtub running, which flooded the homes below hers.

Kelly sued for her security deposit of $18-thousand, 7-hundred dollars when she left, but Refoua says that money went toward repairs for the mess she left behind. Osbourne has denied all charges of nastiness.

Well, on Tuesday, Maks told Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” that Kirstie “stopped getting along with [him].” He went on to say, “We had a great relationship…but I got a message now that I am associating with other people that she can’t be associated with, [so] I am no longer to be spoken with.”
