WEEKEND UPDATE - AMANDA BYNES ALLEGEDLY THREATENS TO KILL FAMILY/JOHNNY DEPP GIVES BIZARRE SPEECH: Audio emerged over the weekend of AMANDA BYNES talking about killing her parents.

On the tape, which was reportedly recorded earlier this month by a roommate, a woman who TMZ says is Bynes is heard saying, "Nothing would give me greater pleasure than, like, slitting [my father's] throat". And, "I threaten to slit [my mother's] wrist, and I threaten to, like, burn down her house." The person on the tape said she is making the threats because she hates the fact that her parents are in control of her money.

But on Saturday Amanda hit up Twitter to deny the threats were serious ...

She added that she’s in therapy to talk about her “dad issues,” and advised her Twitter followers to take what she says lightly “because I am the nicest girl.”

2. JOHNNY DEPP was at the Hollywood Film Awards over the weekend to introduce a documentary and there's a pretty good chance he was hammered. Deep slurred his way through the entire speech, could barely stand up, kept stumbling over his words, and even dropped a few swear words when he couldn't read the teleprompter.

RELATIONSHIP REPORT: It looks like it's official, MILEY CYRUS and Patrick Schwarzenegger are a thing. The two were spotted making out at the USC football game this past Thursday. (PHOTO) They were also photographed out on a date on Friday and Saturday. (PHOTO)

2. TORI SPELLING and her husband DEAN MCDERMOTT'S eight-year marriage may be coming to an end, sources tell Us Weekly. "There appears to be no love between them," an insider tells the tab, adding, "When the cameras are off, they're cold toward one another."

The couple have been struggling to keep their marriage together amid McDermott's struggles with addiction and his 2013 affair. Things came to a head a month ago when Spelling was hospitalized with severe bronchitis, according to a second source who claims McDermott was only there for Tori at the hospital out of "a sense of obligation," which was "obvious and very depressing to Tori."

"He looked for every excuse to leave and pretty much stayed there as minimally as possible," the source continues. "He didn't spend the night there with her at all."

Spelling and McDermott married in 2006. They have four children together.
