COSBY ACCUSER SUING: One of BILL COSBY's accusers has figured out a way around that pesky statute of limitations. Tamara Green is suing Cosby for defamation, claiming he lied when he denied assaulting her.

"The repeated denials from Cosby's publicist have branded her a liar," Green's attorney said in a statement. "As a result, Green says she's been ridiculed in her private life and professionally."

Green first came forward with allegations against Cosby in 2005. She alleges the assault happened in 1969 or 1970. Cosby has been accused by several women in recent weeks of sexual abuse. Earlier this month, a woman named Judy Huth sued Cosby, alleging he molested her in the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15 years old.

Bill has denied the allegations made against him through his attorney.

In an interview with the Las Vegas Sun, Scott admitted to being so "embarrassed" of the name-share, "I tell people, 'Don't Google my name. Google 'Lady Antebellum'".
