CHARLIE SHEEN'S BABY MAMA DIVORCE DRAMA OVER: Listen up prospective goddesses ... CHARLIE SHEEN is officially a single man!!! His long-awaited divorce from Brooke Mueller is finally - after six months - a done deal.

According to TMZ, Mueller will reportedly receive $55,000 a month in child support, a one-time payment of $757,698.70 and $1 million for her share in the couple's home, which Sheen will keep.

The legal papers are also said to state that "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for [daughters] Sam and Lola."

MARIAH BABY NEWS: In case you didn't hear, MARIAH CAREY gave birth to fraternal twins Saturday afternoon. And Donald Trump already wants to see their birth certificates!!! Hi-Yo!!!

We were hoping to know their names by this morning but there's still no word. We do know a few more details, though. Like that the Carey-Cannons were delivered via C-section at 12:07 P.M. in a hospital in Los Angeles, and that Nick was very nervous. In fact, Mariah's rep made it sound like this was some kind of zany, '50s sitcom birth. She said, quote, "Mariah thought it was another soft labor and Nick was driving her to the hospital and she was very calm and the music was blasting.

"When they walked into the hospital, [Nick] was going the wrong way and the nurse redirected them to go the maternity ward, and I said to her, 'that's right out of "I Love Lucy",' and she laughed."

ROMANCE REPORT: After months of speculation, SEAN PENN and SCARLETT JOHANSSON Sean all but confirmed they're a couple with a public display of affection despite the presence of cameras ...

They were spotted holding hands on their way into a White House Correspondents' Dinner after-party in Washington, D.C.

Says their source - described as a “shocked witness -"She plopped down in his lap, and they were kissing." But wait! It gets better: the two left the room for "an hour," and Sean came back to the table “with his tie askew.”!!!
