LADY GAGA RANTS - DROPS THE 'R' WORD: In an interview in the new issue of "NME" magazine, LADY GAGA proved she can be just as insensitive as the rest of us by dropping the "R-word." Yup, GaGa used the no longer politically correct word, "retarded."

Here's what happened: The interviewer pointed out what we've all been saying for months ... that GaGa's "Born This Way" sounds very similar to MADONNA'S "Express Yourself", and suggested it was intentional. Lady GaGa went off on him HARD!!!

She said, quote, "I'm not stupid enough to put out a record and be that moronic ...What the [eff]? I'm a songwriter. I've written loads of music. Why would I try to put out a [copied] song and think I'm getting one over on everybody? THAT'S RETARDED. What a completely ridiculous thing to even question me about."

Last night, she released this message apologizing for her "mistake.": "To anyone that was hurt, please know that it was furiously unintentional. An honest mistake requires honesty to make. Whether life's disabilities, left you outcast bullied or teased, rejoice and love yourself today.' --Lady Gaga."

IS THERE BAD ROMANCE BETWEEN GAGA AND WEIRD AL???!!!: For a time yesterday Lady Gaga and WEIRD AL YANKOVIC were locked in a he-said, she-said battle over a goof song titled "Perform This Way." He even unleashed an angry anti-GaGa tirade on his blog yesterday claiming he was rejected only after she strung him along and wasted his time.

Later, Gaga's rep countered with a denial of that denial, telling TMZ, "There must have been a misunderstanding because [Gaga] is in no way trying to block the release of the parody."
Technically, Weird Al doesn't NEED her approval to release the track, because his parodies fall under "fair use.") He did however upload the song on YouTube.

But all's well ends well. Late last night, Weird Al updated his blog saying Gaga has signed off on the parody after all, adding her people admitted they hadn't given the track to her in the first place.

COULD BE TRUE COULD BE CRAP: I don't about you, but I sure do miss JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE'S sweet, white-boy 'fro. Lately, he's taken to keeping it short. Well, "In Touch Weekly" claims there's a reason Justin keeps his head well-shorn these days: HE'S LOSING HIS HAIR.

"In Touch" says Justin keeps it that way so you and I won't notice he's going bald. In the meantime, he's using, quote, "specially formulated shampoo to promote hair growth."

2.) "In Touch Weekly" is also spreading the rumor that LEANN RIMES and EDDIE CIBRIAN are getting married this Saturday. (--They're supposedly keeping it on the DL so the press won't bother them.)

According to their source, they're inviting about 100 people, including Eddie's two sons and his ex-wife!!!

SHEEN-ANIGANS: It turns out the judge in the CHARLIE SHEEN - BROOKE MUELLER custody case DID make one change to their agreement: Charlie and Brooke must now undergo drug tests ONCE A WEEK.

2.) JUSTIN BIEBER thinks Charlie is the most influential man in the world. Yes, you read that correctly. Justin tells "Time" magazine he thinks CHARLIE SHEEN is the most influential man in the world because, quote, "He got a million followers in one day on Twitter...and I've never seen that happen before. Plus, he's got tiger blood, and he's always winning."

3.) The "Kids React" web series sat a panel of our nation's future down to watch Charlie's best interview moments and discuss his antics. Do they think he's winning or losing? Hit up the vid to find out ...
