COULD BE TRUE COULD BE CRAP - JADA PINKETT RETAINS DIVORCE LAWYER: After divorce rumors hit the 'net back in August, WILL and JADA PINKETT-SMITH issued a statement calling the story "completely false" and declaring their marriage "intact."
But now In Touch Weekly claims Jada has retained celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, and that she has "finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage." Wasser has represented Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, and Maria Shriver among others.

According to a few gossip sources, Nick had been battling the flu and the kidney dysfunction was a side-effect, but that hasn't been confirmed. Nick tweeted last night that he was being transfered to a hospital in Los Angeles to continue recovering but did not shed any light on what led to his medical drama.
