A source tells the New York Post that a “mystery seller” in Delray Beach Florida is shopping the pictures, which “show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom.”
Sadly, she's not believed to be naked in any of them. But that's not stopping her legal team from taking an aggressive stance in keeping them from becoming public.

Word is Swift's summer romance with Conor Kennedy is over. Or so a close friend tells 'Us Weekly'. The friend says of the breakup, “It was just a distance thing. No hard feelings. They’re fine," adding that her non-stop promoting of her new album has made being together difficult.
Their insider says that because Conor is only 18 he's, quote, "not ready for anything super serious, but Taylor's looking for her soul mate and it kind of freaked him out with how strong she came on."
Meanwhile ... the HollywoodLife gossip site claims the relationship is, quote, "more of a break than a breakup."
JETS TO BLAME FOR EVA LONGORIA / MARK SANCHEZ SPLIT: TMZ is reporting that MARK SANCHEZ'S poor performance on the football field is to blame for his split from EVA LONGORIA.
The gossip site's sources say things ended because Eva found it impossible to be around Mark, who was always in a bad mood because of New York Jets' terrible season. Said the source, “It’s hard to maintain a relationship when one person is upset all the time.”
LOHAN LUNACY - PUBLICIST QUITS: Being LINDSAY LOHAN'S publicist is certainly a thankless job, and now she’s going to have to start looking for a new one. Team Lindsay is down a member after Steve Honig quit her because of her father.
TMZ says Steve and Michael Lohan "butted heads" in the weeks leading up to Michael's failed intervention last Friday, but things got downright nasty after Steve released a statement saying Lindsay's management team had nothing to do with Michael's plans.
Papa Lohan reportedly "flipped out on Steve" and called him a "[bleeping] liar" in a text message. Steve dumped Lindsay last night after nearly two years of service, but made it clear his decision had nothing to do with the her, just her dad.
JESSICA BIEL - CALL ME JESSICA TIMBERLAKE: Move over, JUSTIN TIMERLAKE, there's a new J.T. in town. JESSICA BIEL is taking Justin's last name. But you won't really notice, because she's still going to be Biel professionally. She'll only be Jessica Timberlake on her driver's license and things like that.
Biel tells People magazine, "Yes, I'm changing my name. My professional name will still be the same, but for life, yes, I think it sounds great. I think I really won the jackpot of names."
