The claims of Kris' abusive behavior towards the Kardashian kids -- Kim in particular -- come from diaries Robert left his widow, which she has turned over to In Touch magazine.
In an entry from 1989 excerpted by the tabloid, Robert wrote, "Kris was kicking and beating [Kim] and said she was going to kill her. Kim was hysterical." Kim would have been 9 or 10 at the time.
According to the mag, Robert also wrote about Kris's alleged affair with a young soccer player named Todd Waterman and suggested she was an irresponsible mother who left Robert home alone with the kids many a night while she stayed out all night "screwing" Waterman.
Robert and Kris were married from 1978 to 1990. He died of cancer in 2003.
IN DENIAL - KRIS JENNER: A rep for Kris Jenner is calling reports that she once abused her children "ridiculous and not true." Kris's publicist also questions the authenticity of the diaries, but Robert's second wife, Ellen Kardashian, claims the entries are real and were given to her by her husband before his death in 2003.

CELEBRITY DO-GOODERS – CHRISTIAN BALE: CHRISTIAN BALE can be a bit of a douche bag, but he can also be an awesome guy.
In the past year, he's visited victims of the "Dark Knight Rises" shooting in Aurora Colorado and flown a 4-year-old cancer patient and his family to Disneyland to spend the day with him and his own family.
To which Bale replied, “The whole point of the movie is anybody can be Batman. Anybody can be as strong as that and help people and put good out into the world."
