DOES KHLOE KARDASHIAN ALREADY HAVE A NEW MAN?!: Has KHLOE KARDASHIAN already moved on? On the same day she filed for divorce from LAMAR ODOM, Khloe was seen out with baseball player Matt Kemp.

The two were photographed heading to the gym in L.A. Friday, but it's not the first time Khloe has spent time with him; they attended a DRAKE concert together in late November and a JOHN LEGEND show earlier this month.

Kemp has been spending time at the Kardashian family home in Calabasas, as well. As evidence he recently posted a photograph of the family's Christmas tree on Instagram.

Khloe, as expected, filed for divorce from Odom on Friday after months of living apart. Her petition to divorce Lamar and go back to using her birth name blamed "irreconcilable differences" for the split. Khloe's petition does not request spousal support, and asks that Lamar not be granted any, either.

PAUL WALKER LAID TO REST: PAUL WALKER was laid to rest Saturday in a private funeral at L.A.'s Forest Lawn Cemetery. His remains were cremated, and his ashes were interred at the cemetery. TYRESE, LUDACRIS, and MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ were among the 200 people on hand to honor the actor's life.

CELEBRITIES WITHOUT MAKEUP - CAMERON DIAZ: CAMERON DIAZ has a new fitness book coming out, and she was so excited about receiving the first bound copy she posted a picture of it on Instagram.

But the book didn't get anyone talking. The fact that she wasn’t wearing any makeup, however, did ...

JESSICA SIMPSON also shared a makeup free snap on social media. Jess hit up Twitter with a black and white pic of herself mugging it up for the camera while at a restaurant ...

LOHAN LUNACY - LINDSAY WRITING TELL ALL BOOK: LINDSAY LOHAN is planning to tell all in an upcoming memoir. TMZ says the book started as a series of journal entries that she wrote in rehab as a therapeutic exercise. But now Linds is ready to open up about her arrests, drug abuse, acting career and family. She's already reportedly received several offers from publishers.

R.I.P. - PETER O'TOOLE: Legendary Irish actor PETER O'TOOLE died Saturday in a London hospital. He was 81. Best known for starring in 1962's Lawrence of Arabia, O'Toole holds the record for the most Best Actor Oscar nominations — eight — without a single win. His most recent credits include Troy, Ratatouille and The Tudors. He retired from acting in 2012.
