Katy was performing at the NRJ Music Awards in France, and was very obviously just moving her mouth to a track. I say 'very obviously' because the vocal track is clearly out of alignment with her singing.
It was so bad that less than a minute into it the host walked onstage and waved his arms for her to stop. "If you don't mind, we can restart," he informs Katy before having her start over -- only live this time. Perry uncomfortably complied. And while this time her mouth movements matched the words, it didn't sound any better. In fact, she sounded awful.
UPDATE - KHLOE KARDASHIAN NOT DATING MATT KEMP: Despite internet reports, KHLOE KARDASHIAN is not dating LA Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp. But that doesn't mean it can't or won't develop into something sometime down the line.
"They are just friends and have been for a long time," a source tells People magazine. "Khloe is absolutely heartbroken right now [over Lamar] and dating someone is the last thing she's thinking about."
Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar Odom on Friday, and almost immediately rumors began swirling that she and Matt were an item.
Although they're supposedly just friends, another source says "it could be heading [romantic] in the future," and insists nothing was going on with Kemp while Khloe and Lammie were together. "Khloe wasn't spending time with him when she was still with Lamar,” said the other informant. “People need to remember that she and Lamar haven't lived together since June."
CHARLIE'S SHEENANIGANS - VOWS TO TAKE DENISE RICHARDS TO COURT: Usually CHARLIE SHEEN blasts his third ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, on Twitter, but these days he's going off on ex-wife number-two.
Charlie was angry that DENISE RICHARDS allegedly excluded him from her Christmas vacation plans with their daughters, and vented by tweeting a photo of a baseball bat -- which was a souvenir from their wedding -- that had been chopped up, along with a knife. The caption read, "The lie is over. I'm done being treated like a relative with a one-way ticket. #DuhNeese."
TMZ says the whole thing was a misunderstanding and Charlie is, in fact, invited to spend Christmas with Denise and the girls. But I guess he hasn't gotten the message because word is he now wants to take Denise to court.
The gossip site is reporting Sheen is p***ed that he's been so generous to Richards all these years and she's acting so ungrateful. He's supposedly been telling his buddies he wants a judge to reduce his child support payments and wants to "establish his iron-clad right to see his kids on specific holidays." According to TMZ, Denise is getting about $55,000 a month in support for the girls.

During a gig in Anaheim, California over the weekend ‘Ye once again went on a rant. This time explaining why he acts the fool. "[The media] try to make it seem like my whole purpose…is about me. But… what they don't realize, and what I think you all realize is, everything I do is actually about you."
He also said the media thinks he does what he does so that he can be, quote, "doper” but he doesn't “give a flip about looking cool” because he's been dope since he was five.

CHRIS BROWN’S PROBATION REVOKED, BUT WON'T DO JAIL TIME: Late yesterday afternoon a judge revoked CHRIS BROWN’S probation, citing his October altercation with a man outside Brown’s Washington, DC hotel as the reason for his decision. The judge determined that the criminal complaint in DC indicated that Brown is not obeying all laws, something he is required to do under the terms of his probation.
But even so he won’t be going to jail. Instead, the judge is allowing him to stay in anger management rehab, where he's apparently been making progress. Chris will continue to take the prescription meds his doctors have prescribed for him, and he's still not allowed to use medical marijuana.
