BYNES BEATS JAIL: Things seem to be looking up for AMANDA BYNES. Bynes, who was charged with a DUI back in April of 2012, pleaded no contest to the charges and has been given three years probation. In addition, she'll have to pay a fine and take a three-month alcohol education course.

BABY POOP: Congratulations are in order for JIMMY KIMMEL. In an interview airing Wednesday, the 46-year-old late night host told ELLEN DEGENERES that he and his wife, Molly, are expecting their first child together.
Kimmel already has a 22-year-old daughter named Katie and a 20-year-old son named Kevin from a previous marriage.
Jimmy also discussed baby names with Ellen. One name he's considering is Karate. He said "Karate Kimmel" had a nice ring to it. He also liked the thought of making some child's middle name "Effin'."
