Tea will have primary physical custody of their 15-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son. David will pay $8,000 a month in child support and $40,000 a month in spousal support. He'll also pay all the kids' expenses.
The couple got married 14 years ago, in May of 1997. They separated in 2008, after which David was treated for sex addiction. They got back together, but separated again in 2011.

Although they are still living together, a source tells Us magazine Wilkinson is "definitely serious about filing, but is also reviewing her options before she makes a final decision."
THE ROCK'S MOM HIT BY DRUNK DRIVER: DWAYNE "THE ROCK" JOHNSON had a scare last week when his mother and cousin were hit head-on by a drunk driver. In the caption, Johnson said he wanted to "find the person who did this" and "do unrelenting harm to them."
