JENNY MCCARTHY AND AVRIL LAVIGNE ARE THE LATEST NUDE PIC HACKING VICTIMS: Hacked nudes of JENNY MCCARTHY and AVRIL LAVIGNE showed up online yesterday, although in both cases, some of the pics might be fake. Jenny's rep admits a "small number" of photos were indeed stolen from her account, but the "most explicit nude photos" are fake.

In Avril's case, there are definitely legit pictures of her in lingerie, but the Avril pics that show nudity do not show her face, so there's no way of knowing if they're really her.

‘MODERN FAMILY’ STAR CLAIMS EX-BOYFRIEND ABUSED HER: SARAH HYLAND, who plays Haley Dunphy on "Modern Family," got a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Matt Prokop, claiming he physically and verbally abused her over the last four years of their five-year relationship.

Prokop checked into rehab not long after Hyland broke up with him in August, but was released on Sunday. And evidently he still has unresolved issues with her because the director of the rehab clinic himself is the one who urged Sarah to get the restraining order citing Prokop's mental state and his attitude toward her.

Sarah was supposedly so afraid of him that whens he broke up with him in August she asked her TV mom JULIE BOWEN to be at her house with her. And it's a good thing too, because Bowen allegedly witnessed him lose his temper and throw a lighter at Sarah.

Sarah claims that as recently as May he pinned her against a car, choked her and called her the C-Word because he didn't like what she was wearing. Over the course of the relationship, she says Prokop threatened to set her house on fire, told her she'd never see her dog again and sent her "vile, threatening and emotionally disturbing texts and voice mails."

ANOTHER WEEK ANOTHER BREAK IN: KEANU REEVES had another unwanted female visitor, according to TMZ. A woman apparently made herself at home on Tuesday, supposedly stripping down, showering in Reeves' bathroom, then skinny dipping in his pool. TMZ says Keanu wasn't home at the time, but a cleaning crew member called him, and he called the cops.

Reeves was home, however, during the first break-in last week. That time he was awakened around 4 in the morning by a woman who sat in a chair in his library. Reeves reportedly spoke to her while he called the cops. She was arrested, and taken for a psych evaluation.

In both cases, Reeves was at fault for leaving his place vulnerable: he'd apparently forgotten to set his alarm in the library incident, while an unlocked door allowed the birthday-suit-wearing stranger to get in Tuesday.

BABY POOP: TYLER PERRY threw himself a 45th birthday party last week, and according to sources in attendance, he used the occasion to announce he's going to be a daddy.

He didn't say who the mother is, but word on the street is she's a model named Gelila Bekele. They've supposedly dated on and off for several years. She's said to be seven months pregnant.

As for the party itself ... it sounded like it was off the hook. Perry posted a couple of pics on Instagram, revealing in one that guests were treated to a two hour concert featuring, among others, "Jennifer Holliday, Monica, LeAnn Rimes, Yolanda Adams, and Stevie Wonder." Tyler also uploaded the photo below of "Stevie at the piano in my living room."

JOHN STAMOS MOURNS THE DEATH OF HIS MOM: JOHN STAMOS revealed on Instagram yesterday that his mother, Loretta Stamos, has passed away. She was 75.

Stamos posted the above photo of the two of them when he was a baby, and wrote, "The love of my life passed away yesterday in her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren. My mother had enough love to fuel a small country. She was truly one of a kind and will live forever in the hearts of all who knew her."
