COSBY ACCUSER #26 COMES FORWARD: A 26th woman is accusing BILL COSBY of sexual assault. This one claims Cosby drugged her, stripped her naked, and sucked on her toes at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

Chloe Goins says it happened at a party when she was 18 years old. She allegedly woke up to find herself naked in a bedroom, with Cosby licking her toes and pleasuring himself. She says she asked him what was going on, and when he realized she was conscious, Cosby supposedly pulled up his pants and ran out of the room.

Goins never went to the police because she wanted to be a Playboy model, and was afraid it would ruin her chances. (Cosby and Playboy founder HUGH HEFNER being good friends). Word is she plans to meet with the LAPD soon and give them a full report.

Because the incident reportedly happened in 2008, the statute of limitations has not run out so Bill could conceivably be prosecuted for this one.

Meanwhile, prosecutors have decided not to file charges against Bill for his alleged assault of a 15-year-old girl at the Playboy Mansion in the 1970s, citing the statute of limitations in declining to pursue the case.

On a related note ... KATHIE LEE GIFFORD revealed on the Today show yesterday that Cos tried to kiss her when they toured together in the 1970s.

Gifford, who has defended Bill from Day 1, admitted that Cosby made a pass at her during one of the last times she saw him while she was on the road with him on a comedy tour back then. “I said, ‘Bill, no, we’re friends,’ and he said, ‘OK, goodnight,’ and I said, ‘Goodnight.’ And I went to my room, and he went into his room,” she recalled.

She added that when she read Beverly Johnson’s story about Cosby spiking her drink and attempting to sexually assault her while she was powerless, it gave her “chill” because “every night when we’d come off stage...Bill would be going on-stage, he would have made cappuccinos for all three of us. And I always thought it was such a kindness and it was so sweet.”

Officially, Kathie Lee is still neutral. She says she never saw evidence of the kind of criminal behavior Bill is accused of, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. "I’m not saying that the women are liars, I’m just saying I never personally saw it with my own two eyes.”
