HALLE BERRY'S HUBBY ACCUSED OF BATTERY IN AIRPORT RUCKUS: HALLE BERRY'S husband OLIVER MARTINEZ has been named a suspect in a battery investigation after allegedly losing his cool at Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Martinez is seen arriving at the terminal with Berry, her six-year-old daughter, Nahla and the couple's one-year-old son Maceo. Airport police tell the gossip site that when photographers and one airport employee got too close to the couple as they walked through the terminal, Oliver became agitated and allegedly shoved an empty child car seat into the airport worker, knocking him to the ground.

TMZ sources say the worker was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital where he complained of abdominal pain. He later filed a battery report.

On a related note ... KRISTEN STEWART was caught on tape telling a pushy autograph seeker to "get the [eff] outta my face." To be fair, though, he was trying to get her to sign a picture of herself with ROBERT PATTINSON.

Stewart had just arrived at L.A.X on Friday when the guy tried to get her to autograph the pic -- and he was being really persistent. Even after she blew him off once, he got right back in her face. Watch him put the pressure on at the 1:20 mark in the video below while she's stuck in a crosswalk waiting for traffic




GWYNETH PALTROW REVEALS REASON FOR SPLIT: Last year, GWYNETH PALTROW shocked the world by announcing that she and husband CHRIS MARTIN were splitting. Now, she's opening up a bit about exactly why they decided to separate after more than a decade of marriage.

"There was nothing dramatic or anything. I had built my life on trying to be all things to all people, and I just couldn’t do it anymore," she tells Marie Claire for its February issue. "I really had the sense that I wasn’t allowed to have needs, and I had to prove my specialness or self-worth by doing all this stuff and taking care of everybody else, and I just sort of hit a wall."

Since the separation, which Paltrow famously termed a "conscious uncoupling," the whole family has been seen out and about together, with the exes looking very friendly.

"We’ve worked really f***ing hard to get to [this] point," she said. "I feel like it’s, in a way, the relationship we were meant to have."

Meanwhile ... People magazine says Chris and JENNIFER LAWRENCE were spotted dining together at a Los Angeles restaurant last week reigniting dating rumors after reportedly splitting up in October.

A fellow diner tells the mag the two were "into each other and not noticing anyone else around them ... engulfed in their little world of conversation" during the "fun" dinner.

IS BRUCE JENNER GETTING HIS OWN REALITY SHOW?: Since BRUCE and KRIS JENNER split, it has seemed like Bruce would be cool slipping back into anonymity -- possibly as a woman. But maybe that isn't the case.

Word is Bruce is interested in doing his own reality show, where he and his three sons would "race cars, travel, and just generally bro out." They described it as "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" with, quote, "a bit more testosterone."

This is just a rumor for now. Technically, Bruce is still under contract with E!, so he'd have to work that out.
