"They were hanging out a lot and talking with each other," a source says. "They looked really cute together."

Another source tells E! that Taylor gave the “Take Me to Church” singer a few kisses on his cheek and stayed at the party until the wee hours of the morning.

A People magazine source, however, pashaws the rumor. That source claims the two are nothing more than just friends.

Kanye partially replicated that moment by appearing onstage when Beck won Album of the Year over Beyonce. He didn't say anything at the time, but later ranted to E! that, yes, Beyonce should have won.

Taylor, however, wasn't feeling friendly enough to hug it out with KATY PERRY and/or JOHN MAYER ... even though Us Weekly reports Perry walked directly in front of Swift's seat during the show. An eyewitness supposedly told the tab Taylor kept her eyes glued to her phone, typing away and not looking up as Katy traipsed past her.

If you'll recall, Swift allegedly had a brief fling with Mayer and then wrote a not-so-subtle song -- supposedly about him -- called "Dear John." She also accused an unnamed person -- assumed to be Perry -- of trying to sabotage her tour, and wrote a song about that too, called "Bad Blood."
