RELATIONSHIP REPORT: Seattle Seahawks quarterback RUSSELL WILSON is said to be dating R&B singer CIARA. A source says the relationship is still new, but that Ciara "thinks [Russell] is a complete gentleman and has really enjoyed hanging out with him."

Rumors of the two getting their swerve on started earlier this week after Ciara was identified as Wilson's mystery date at a Mariners baseball game.
