TOM SELLECK SUED FOR ALLEGEDLY STEALING WATER: TOM SELLECK is being accused of stealing water from a Ventura County, California, fire hydrant and having it delivered to his Hidden Valley ranch, according to court papers obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

In the complaint, the Calleguas Municipal Water District claims that on more than a dozen occasions since 2013, a white truck filled up at a hydrant in their district and hauled the water to Selleck’s 60-acre ranch in Westlake Village.

In an attempt to prove its allegation, the water district spent nearly $22,000 to hire a private investigator, according to the lawsuit. The court papers further state that Selleck and his wife, Jillie, who is also named in the suit, are barred from using water from the hydrant because their property is located in a different water district.

Before filing the complaint, the water district claims it tried to get Selleck to stop the illegal water deliveries. In November 2013, Calleguas sent cease-and-desist letters to both Selleck’s home and an address linked to the property, according to court documents. But, as recently as March, the water truck was allegedly spotted filling up at the same hydrant and delivering water to Selleck's estate on four separate days, according to the complaint.

In addition to legal fees and investigative costs, the water district is seeking a preliminary and permanent injunction barring Tom and his contractors or employees from taking water from the Calleguas district.

The area in Ventura where Selleck's land is located has been under strict water usage guidelines as a result of California's worst drought in recent history.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN 'HANGING IN THERE' AMIDE SPLIT UP RUMORS: Though neither side has confirmed the various reports, KRIS JENNER has addressed the rumors that her daughter, KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN, and longtime boyfriend Scott Disick have split.

The pair reportedly called it quits after 10 years and three children earlier this week, according to various outlets, including People magazine.

Jenner was asked how Kourtney is doing in the midst of all the supposed drama. "She's good. Kourtney's good," Jenner told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday. "Hanging in there."

Meanwhile ... KANYE WEST is said to be "furious" at Scott, a source close to West tells People magazine. "He's saying that a real man doesn't abandon his family like Scott is doing."

However, Kanye and the rest of the Kardashian clan are also willing to forgive Disick -- provided he does the right thing. "If Scott comes back and faces things like a grown man, he'll be surprised how much forgiveness there can be -- from every member of the family," according to the source. "Everyone's hoping he finally makes the right choice."

The split reports came after Disick was photographed with another woman while on vacation. Neither he nor Kourtney has spoken publicly about the supposed breakup.
