KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN AND SCOTT DISICK ARE REPORTEDLY DONE: KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN has finally had enough of SCOTT DISICK, and supposedly kicked him to the curb over the weekend. At least, that's what basically every gossip site on the Internet is reporting, although there's no official word yet.

Apparently, the final straw was the photos that emerged of Scott partying poolside in Monte Carlo with his ex-girlfriend, stylist Chloe Bartoli. She and Disick reportedly dated just before Scott and Kourtney got serious. [PHOTO] [PHOTO]

Scott has been a mess for a while now . . . he's struggled with substance abuse, and went to rehab earlier this year. He's reportedly off the wagon again, and hasn't been home while on a "month-long party binge."

All kinds of anonymous sources are saying that Kourtney has finally decided to move on, for the sake of their three kids.

They dated for nine years off and on, but never married.

BILL COSBY ADMITTED IN 2005 THAT HE GAVE A WOMAN DRUGS BEFORE THEY HAD SEX: A judge in Pennsylvania released a deposition yesterday from a 2005 lawsuit against BILL COSBY, where BILL COSBY admitted under oath that he gave Quaaludes to at least one woman before he slept with her in 1976.

He stopped short of saying he drugged anyone without their KNOWLEDGE though. He just said he gave the woman drugs before they had sex, and that it was consensual.

According to the transcript, a lawyer asked Cosby if it was "in his mind" that he was going to use the Quaaludes for young women that he wanted to have sex with, and he said "yes."

Then she asked if he ever gave women the Quaaludes without their knowledge, but his lawyer wouldn't let him answer. And at that point, he said he meant that he only gave them to ONE woman, not multiple women.

According to the Associated Press, Cosby settled the lawsuit in 2006 for undisclosed terms. A statement obtained exclusively by ABC News Cosby's camp Monday night reads, "The only reason Mr. Cosby settled was because it would have been embarrassing in those days to put all those women on the stand and [his] family had no clue. That would have been very hurtful."

Cosby has never been charged with a crime in connection to the recent multiple accusations of drugging and sexual assault, and his lawyers have continued to deny the allegations.
