Sheen is set to appear in an L.A. court today to ask the judge to award him full custody of Bob and Max, and give him permission to take the twins on the road with him during the last two weeks of his tour. Charlie plans to argue that Brooke's drug relapse makes her an unfit mother. In turn, Brooke's lawyers plan to ask for full custody and that Charlie be psychologically evaluated.

LOHAN LUNACY: LINDSAY LOHAN is due back in court Friday, but word is she's expected to play the religious card by claiming her family observes Good Friday. Yes, I know, sometimes the comedy writes itself.
There's also talk Lindsay may be changing her plans as far as her legal strategy goes. The original plan was to go to trial and be found innocent, but last week her lawyer met with the judge and the D.A to find out how much jail time Linds would do if she pled guilty or no contest.
STEVEN TYLER GRANTS DYING MAN'S WISH: STEVEN TYLER did a really cool thing for a really big AEROSMITH fan. Lawrence Ori , who suffered from a rare condition marked by brain deterioration and could barely speak or move anymore, was literally on his deathbed and had dreamed of meeting Tyler one day, but never had the chance . . . until his last day.
His family, with help from the Passages Hospice Dream Foundation, contacted Steven, who agreed to meet him through Skype on a laptop. Although Lawrence couldn't respond, he did tear-up.
