Lynn Bynes says her daughter "has no mental illness whatsoever" and the public breakdown the world witnessed -- which included lighting a driveway on fire and dousing her dog in gasoline -- was thanks to all the marijuana she was toking. But mom says Amanda is now weed-free and off ALL medications.
Her attorney, meanwhile, spoke with People magazine and she said Bynes is neither schizophrenia nor bi-polar and "has...never been diagnosed with [either]" nor "has [she ever] had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs." She stopped short, however, of revealing exactly what is going on with her, saying Amanda wished to "keep her mental health diagnosis private."
GOMEZ PAYS BIEBER LATE-NIGHT STUDIO VISIT: The complicated love thang between JUSTIN BIEBER and SELENA GOMEZ resumed late Tuesday night when Gomez was videotaped sneaking into The Biebz Miami recording studio.
Cameras captured Selena being escorted into the studio on the arm of a female assistant, who seemed to be holding her up. In fact, TMZ kind of alluded to Gomez being on something, describing her as looking a bit “unsteady.”
There's no word on whether Selena was there as just a visitor or if she was recording a song with Justin.

No reason was given for the split, but one source tells TMZ Sean found Naya too controlling, and very jealous of the women he worked with and met on tour.

WATCH - ELLEN MAKES OUT WITH ROB LOWE: ROB LOWE was on "Ellen" yesterday pimping out his new book, and told a story about one of his most awkward movie kisses ever.
It involved JEWEL who really didn't want to kiss him, but the director forced her to do it. Rob said Jewel wiped the kiss off with her hand afterwards.
Then he had Ellen help him reenact the kiss for the audience. But Ellen went way overboard with it ...
