Katie's rep confirms she and Andrew were in the process of divorcing, but denies the photos were the trigger, calling them a "non-issue". But sources close to Andrew say he still loved Katie, and was humiliating by her running around the world and partying with celebrities.

On a related paparazzi note ... DEMI LOVATO hit up Twitter and went off on the paps for disrespecting her. Demi was photographed giving the paparazzi the finger at an event in New York City Monday night, supposedly after one of them asked if she was keeping her nose clean -- a reference to her cocaine-fueled days.
She took to Twitter later to rant about how rude and mean they are.

R.I.P.: Actor ELI WALLACH died yesterday at the age of 98. Eli is probably best known for his role in the 1966 Spaghetti Western "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly". There's no word on the cause of death, but it probably had something to do with him being 98.
