As previously reported, the couple is expecting a baby via surrogate at the end of the month. But TMZ says now Sherri wants no part in it all. She claims Sally tricked her into signing the surrogate contract knowing he was going to divorce her then stick child support payments on her.
Another legal twist? Shepherd filed for divorce in New Jersey, Sally is in California -- and that's no coincidence. According to the gossip site, New Jersey normally doesn't recognize surrogacy agreements, California does.

Carly hasn't commented on the story, and the last thing she put up on her Instagram was this photo dated July 6 of herself and friends at a wedding ceremony in Vancouver ...
