MODEL GETTING DEATH THREATS OVER JUSTIN BIEBER UNDERWEAR ADS: The upside of doing a series of Calvin Klein underwear ads with JUSTIN BIEBER is instant recognition and probably a huge career boost. The downside: Tween girls want you dead.

Model Lara Stone is finding that out. Here's a sample of some of the anti-Lara Tweets that have found their way onto cyber-space over the last couple of days:

"Hi [B-word] I hate you. Touch Justin's [package] again and I'll kill you. I'm not joking." Another chick Tweeted, "Back off or I'll kill you, please and thanks. No pressure." And one girl simply said, "I'll kill that girl" followed by emojis of three guns and a knife.

On a related note ... there's some controversy over whether Justin stuffed his crotch in those ads -- although it's entirely possible he's just wore an athletic cup or something to smooth that area so you can't see the explicit outline of his junk in those tight skivvies. We Report, You Decide!

COSBY'S TV WIFE THINKS HE'S BEING FRAMED: BILL COSBY's TV wife PHYLICIA RASHAD thinks he's being set up by . . . well . . . somebody who's trying to take him down.

"Forget these women. What you're seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it's orchestrated," she's quoted as saying in a recent Showbiz 411 interview. "Someone is determined to keep Bill Cosby off TV. And it's worked. All his contracts have been cancelled."

Phylicia was later trashed for saying "Forget those women" but in an ABC News interview, she said she was misquoted and clarified that she didn't mean to dismiss the women making the allegations. (The "forgetting" part has since been deleted in the original article.)

In an interview with Nightline, Rashad added, "This is not about the women . . . this is about something else. This is about the obliteration of legacy. I am a woman. I am a woman. I would never say such a thing."

Meanwhile, three more women have come forward to accuse Cosby of inappropriate conduct.

IN DENIAL - GIADA DE LAURENTIIS: Food Network star and Today show contributor GIADA DE LAURENTIIS says any suggestion that she was romantically involved with her TV colleagues Bobby Flay or Matt Lauer, or with musician John Mayer, during her marriage to Todd Thompson is false.

Star magazine has reported in the past that De Laurentiis allegedly had a "tryst" with Mayer years ago. In light of her recent split from Thompson, the tabloid has resurrected that rumor, while also stating that she has "close" relationships with Flay and Lauer.

De Laurentiis says she did not have an affair with any of those men. “My long-time friendships with my co-workers Matt Lauer and Bobby Flay are exactly that — long-time friendships." In regards to the Mayer speculation, she says, “I met him twice at least 5 or 6 years ago at public events along with hundreds of other people....The allegation of an affair was a fabrication back in 2010 and remains so today.”

De Laurentiis announced on Facebook in late December that she and her husband had separated after 11 years of marriage.
